Piher Sensing Systems’ kompakter Linear-Positions-Sensor PS2P-LIN bietet echte berührungslose Erfassung für anspruchsvolle industrielle und Fahrzeugumgebungen in einem flachen und robusten magnetischen Design.
Der Magnet- und Sensor-Modul sind in separaten Gehäusen platziert, ohne dass dabei Zahnräder, Lager oder Verbindungen benötigt werden, und können an beliebiger Stelle am beweglichen Objekt angebracht werden. Dies ermöglicht eine einfache Montage und trägt somit zu zusätzlichen Kosteneinsparungen in der Produktionslinie bei. Darüber hinaus erhöht sich durch den Wegfall von Verschleiß und radialen Kräften die Produktzuverlässigkeit und Lebensdauer signifikant.
Der PS2P-LIN misst Änderungen der linearen Position relativ zum Sensor, indem er die Bewegung eines magnetisierten Magneten erfasst, der sich in einem separaten Gehäuse befindet und nur auf die Flussdichte empfindlich ist, die mit der IC-Oberfläche koplanar ist.
Die PS2P-Serie wird durch berührungslose Dreh (PS2P-CON) und verschleißfeste Bogen (PS2P-ARC) Positionssensoren ergänzt. Alle Sensoren der Serie sind absolute Sensoren und liefern während ihrer gesamten Lebensdauer dieselbe Präzision und Stabilität wie am ersten Tag ihrer Installation – trotz extremen Vibrationen, Stößen, Temperaturen und Verschmutzungen.

Without any internal or external gears or linkages the sensor is easily assembled and calibrated and free from wear and tear over lifetime.
The separation of electronics and magnet module allows for a virtually unlimited lifetime independent of number of revolutions.
Accurate linear displacement feedback of up to 25mm. Other/higher ranges are available upon request.
Without the need for a shaft the sensor is provided in a exceptionally compact and low profile package that fits in space contraint applications.
The rugged package protects the sensor from dust, moisture, vibration and extreme temperatures for usage in the most demanding environments.
