Rotary End-of-Shaft Hall-Effect Position Sensor

Der robuste PSC-360 ist ein kostengünstiger berührungsloser Drehwinkelsensor, der in anspruchsvollen Umgebungen wie Transport-, Industrie- und medizinischen Anwendungen eine hohe Leistung bietet. Dieser kompakte Sensor von Piher Sensing Systems ist wirklich berührungslos, mit einem Permanentmagneten, der sicher auf der Welle befestigt ist und als einziges bewegliches Bauteil im Sensor fungiert.

Redundante Versionen bieten unabhängige Spannungsausgänge mit vollständig anpassbaren Eigenschaften. Eine vollständige Redundanz mit zwei separaten Versorgungen und Erdungen ist ebenfalls möglich.

Zusätzlich kann optional ein Schaltausgang konfiguriert werden. Der Endlosdrehungssensor ist hoch konfigurierbar mit einem programmierbaren Winkelbereich zwischen 15 und 360 Grad, verschiedenen Signalausgangsoptionen und Unterstützung für Niederspannungs- und Hochspannungs-Stromversorgung.

Versiegelt, flanschmontiert für einfache Positionierung und mit Anschlusskabeln versehen, kann er an jede gewünschte Steckverbindungskonfiguration angepasst werden.

Without any gears or mechanical interfaces the sensor is easily assembled and calibrated and subject to limited wear and tear over lifetime.
Endless mechanical rotational angle without dead band, keeps the position on power loss with programmable electrical angles from 15 to 360 degrees.
The rugged package protects the sensor from dust, moisture, vibration and extreme temperatures for usage in the most demanding environments.
The non-contacting design allows for an extra-long product lifetime of up to 50 million cycles.
Programmable transfer function and switch outputs as well as different output protocols and redundancy levels available
The magnet is securely fastened to the shaft and acts as only moving component in the sensor.
