Hall-Effect Through-Shaft Rotary Position Sensor

Der PST-360-Positionsensor kombiniert ein Durchgangswellen-Design mit präzisem absolutem Positionsfeedback und einem echten berührungslosen Sensorelement, das nicht auf Zahnrädern oder anderen rotierenden Teilen basiert.
Dieses innovative und einzigartige patentierte Design ergänzt die Eigenschaften der Zielanwendung und bewahrt die mechanische Integrität der Anwendung durch das Design. Da der Sensor direkt am Drehpunkt montiert ist, sind keine Hebel, Verbindungsstangen oder andere mechanische Schnittstellen erforderlich.
Darüber hinaus passt es sich der Exzentrizität der Welle, den Montagetoleranzen und dem mechanischen Verschleiß während der Lebensdauer der Anwendung an.
Der Endlosdrehungssensor ist hoch konfigurierbar mit einem programmierbaren Winkelbereich zwischen 15 und 360 Grad, verschiedenen Signalausgangsoptionen und Unterstützung für Niederspannungs- und Hochspannungs-Stromversorgung.

KEY FEATURES

Without any gears or mechanical interfaces the sensor is easily assembled and calibrated and subject to limited wear and tear over lifetime.
Allows shaft insertion from top or bottom, simple assembly and makes it even more suitable in applications where space is limited.
Endless mechanical rotational angle without dead band, keeps the position on power loss with programmable electrical angles from 15 to 360 degrees.
The rugged package protects the sensor from dust, moisture, vibration and extreme temperatures for usage in the most demanding environments.
The non-contacting design allows for an extra-long product lifetime of up to 50 million cycles.
