Founded in Barcelona in 1950, Piher began as a specialist in electronic components. Over seven decades, we perfected the design of potentiometers and controls, expanding into sophisticated contactless technologies.
Our global manufacturing network includes strategically located facilities: our headquarters in Tudela, Spain, which serves as the global center of innovation and leadership; our facility in Tijuana, Mexico, delivering tailored solutions for the Americas; and our plant in Changzhou, China, addressing the growing demand of the Asian market.
We develop, manufacture and market standard and customized sensors for harsh environments and are experts in the integration of different sensor technologies. Modifications in electric and mechanical design or a complete custom development from scratch – we got you covered.
Our history of engineering predates the founding of many current manufacturers. Piher technology supported the Apollo Program during its historic missions to the moon.

One of the measures to reduce our environmental impact, was the installation of electric vehicle charging stations and a solar power plant in the premises of our headquarters and production plant in Tudela, Spain in 2021. This is only the beginning. Each year, we continue to increase our capacity, pushing beyond what we’ve achieved so far.
