HCSO-1W
2-channel Open Loop Hall Effect Current Sensor
The HCSO-1W family of dual-channel Hall-effect current sensors delivers accurate, non-intrusive current measurement with galvanic isolation between power and control to enhance safety and reduce energy loss. Its ratiometric 0.5–4.5 V analog output makes ECU integration straightforward, and options for simple or redundant channels—including dual-range versions that cover both low and high currents (±25 A to ±1000 A)—let one platform scale across multiple designs. Flanged, wire-through mounting speeds installation and keeps insertion losses minimal. Built to stay precise from −40 °C to +125 °C and resist external magnetic interference, it delivers reliable measurements in harsh automotive and industrial environments.
Typical uses include BMS current measurement across EV/HEV/PHEV/BEV platforms, leakage detection and fault isolation in charging systems, current measurement in energy storage systems, and fault detection in heavy industrial equipment.
